Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping - Standard Royal Mail UK only

We offer free Free standard uk shipping on UK order on a standard Royal Mail service for UK customers only. 

Tracked Shipping 

All deliveries are send on a tracked Royal mail service. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery,

Order placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Thursday) and before 9am (Friday). We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries. 
Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We know life is busy, this is why we offer a whopping 120 days return policy. All we ask is that you return the item unworn and in its original packaging with tags still attached (if this applies), Please insert a note inside your parcel stating the following:

  • Full name on the order

  • Address your order was processed under

  • Whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange. (If an exchange is what you are looking for, then please also include the colour and size you require)Please note that we can only exchange your order for the same product of the same value as we do not offer credit notes or vouchers.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping if you simply change your mind or would like an exchange. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item/s arrive safely. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

If the item is faulty or incorrect then we will ask you to provide clear photograhs of the issue. Once confirmed, we will issue you a pre-paid returns label. Please no not return the faulty or incorrect item at your own expense, as we are unable to refund shipping costs.
